DO NOT BUY from this place. I spent almost $1000 on a bed set. I was told I would get it delivered in 2-3 business days and it took 5. The delivery drivers arrived around 5:30pm and left before I could even inspect the furniture. Once I was carefully checking the furniture it made sense why they left so quickly. The BRAND NEW furniture I paid almost $1000 for wasn’t NEW. It was old and probably a damn display. It was scratched, dented, and broken. It wasn’t even wrapped or boxed when they unloaded it from the truck. They gave me trash. I immediately called to complain so that they could pick up what they gave me and the person I spoke to said she would speak to her manager to inform him. MIND YOU, they didn’t even deliver my bed set complete. I was missing the mirror for the dresser and no one called to inform me. They had the driver tell me!! After sending them proof of their delivery made to me they ordered me a new one and it took a whole week for me to receive it. This time the furniture came boxed and was actually NEW. I watched the drivers assemble it. I would have returned the furniture immediately but guess what?!? After I paid in full and the receipt was printed, this lady named Jackie stamped it with a NO REFUND, NO RETURNS, ALL SALES FINAL. I also did ask for a full refund and they ignored my request. This place is a fraud. The furniture is cheap and they overprice it. The staff is nice in store but over the phone super unprofessional. They kept giving me the runaround and also hung up on me! I asked to speak to the manager and not once did the so called manager contact me and that’s because I called multiple times in 2 weeks and was also messaging them on WhatsApp. I had to keep following up with them because I wanted to make sure I was going to get the furniture I had ordered and was supposed to get delivered correctly the first time around since they kept making remarks about how in order for them to give me the NEW furniture I had to make sure the OLD furniture that I was going to exchange for my NEW one wasn’t returned back to them in worse conditions then the pictures I had sent them! This makes no sense! They just wanted me to keep the trash they gave me. Hope your furniture store goes out...

Income tax season is coming. Please save your money. This place sells low quality items. They will not help you if something breaks down within 3 days of purchasing. Do not believe them when they say we will send someone out to help fix your problem. They will not. SAVE YOUR MONEY PEOPLE and go somewhere else. I made the mistake of spending $1600 on a 3 piece furniture set and the bed broke within 3 days from purchasing it. PLEASE LOOK ELSE WHERE. Do not believe the reviews either. I am so glad I didn't purchase the couch set after all. I had to pay someone to fix my bed. Because they stopped replying to my whatsapp messages. Don't believe me? Look underneath the display bed the "supportive" legs are all jacked up. Makes sense why they have signs that specifically say "Do Not Sit". Heed my warning and God...

Came over from Mugonza down the street (which I had previously bought from 1,600$ bed set) Excellent customer service! However they are the same owners from Mugonza which was brought to my knowledge post purchase, they didn’t hesitate to mention it to me “somos de los mismos como quiera” Well I hope y’all’s prices were the same too but sadly no.
