Super disappointed with this furniture store. Took forever to deliver my dining room set. When they finally arrived the chairs had damages. They left me without my full dining set because they took the ones that were damaged. They come back with my chairs come to realize they are different chairs and were also damaged. They said they had already place a new order to replace all 6 chairs. I would call several times to ask when were my new chairs coming in and they would always say we will call you back with more information but they never would. Weeks passed I called them because they never bothered to call me back any of the times and sure enough they said chairs were no longer available. I regret buying from them specially since I paid cash and they didn’t let me make the return of they dining set even if it was damaged since day one of receiving it. Now I’m stuck with that dinning set....
Read moreAm super upset at this furniture store. I ordered my bed and another furniture about 3 months ago. Every time I would call they had no explanation about my furniture, they couldn't even tell me a delivery date. Till now I still don't have my furniture. In top of that I was going to buy my dinning table set they first didn't want to give a good price prior to what was happening with my furniture not being delivered they tell me a price and now that I want to get it they increase $1,000 more on tables. Supposedly my furniture gets delivered next week and with a suppose free gift lets see if that's true. The only good thing I can say is that the ladies are super nice and try to help with pricing or try to make the situation better but with the suppose manager they have that won't happen.would I ever buy from here...
Read moreUpdate: My husband and I are very disappointed with their service. We purchased 6/14 and today is 7/11 almost a month and haven’t received my bedroom set. My first payment is almost due and I can’t even tell you if the set is what I expect it to be. They were quick to communicate when they were trying to gain me as a customer but ever since the waiting game started I’m the one that has to contact them because they can’t even try to keep me updated at least to let me know how much longer I’m gonna have to wait. They keep blaming it on the transportation. If the problem is their transport then do something about and get yourself someone more reliable
