Rachel, at the front desk is very helpful. As a new resident to the area she was able to answer a lot of questions for me. However, my experience as a new customer over all hasn't been the greatest. A week after starting new service and I still haven't received my trash can. I was told my water service would be on the morning of starting service only for it to be that evening - not a huge big deal, just wasn't what was communicated. I recommend better communication to customers and better follow through in services provided. If you tell someone something will be done by a certain time, hold to that standard or respectfully communicate to the customer if it will not be completed by the expected time frame. A little communication goes a long way. Update: Apparently they mischarged me for starting service. Said I'm outside the city limits so I don't actually get sewer and trash through them. Read moreHighest water around. The Office is only open 29.5 hours a week. They Send out late notices the day your bill is less than a day behind EVEN WHEN ITS NOT LATE. Rude Office personnel. Wasting money to mail the notice. Maybe if you actually were there more than 6.5 hours 4 days a week and and 3.5 hours on Wednesday's you would receive the payment on time. They claim everyone has water leaks and take advantage of people. Everyone that worked there quit. This place needs looked into. Hopefully it will be fixed here soon. Clean house. Get a full time job! You get an hour long lunch and work 6.5 hours a day. Probably on 40 hours a week salary too. MONEY HUNGRY 👎UPDATE- 4 YRS LATER Nothing has changed. It'll reject the payment without notifying me and before I know it I'm stuck paying a $75 late fee plus the water bill itself & within 3 weeks they'll show up to shut it off due to no payment even though it's not 30 days since I last paid..
