Over the last few years that my husband has been a patient here, I've seen a decline in scheduling, and response time from staff. His Oncologists have been above and beyond fantastic. His speech pathologists have been awesome as well. Nurses in the hospital and Infusion Center have been great. With a few exceptions, the scheduling has become a nightmare, and some of the Office Staff seem to have inflated egos. Stanford saved his life many years ago, and the saga continues. However, the staff that is supposed to be the "backbone" to the hospital, are failing. I don't know if the working environment is bad, or if there is a hiring requirement that states they must be rude, lazy and inept in order to work there. Come on...
