Moraine Valley Community College Bookstore — Local services in Palos Township

I was having a good experience so far from the bookstore for the first week of classes, had no issues the first time I needed to bring back a book within five days that was not needed for a class but unfortunately the second time I came back to return a book that was not needed, the lady that was ringing me out made me feel like I was in an interrogation and didn't believe the reason why I was bringing it back and she literally made me pull up the email in my phone from the teacher saying we don't need the book and that we can use the etext book as a cheaper alternative. I have anxiety as it is and her attitude was completely unnecessary. I don't get how the first book was no problem at all but then I get someone else and feel like a criminal. Better training is needed for "some" of your employees especially if we are given 5 days from the start of classes...
