My parents bought my fiance and I a refridgerator from this store earlier in the year. We noticed that the refridgerator wasn't cooling properly. I called the store, and they gave me the number of a local repairman. The repairman pointed out that the door was bent from dropping it, and that's why it wasn't cooling. He also pointed out that the freezer was goint out as well. I called the store to let them know what they said, and the sales associate said there wasn't anything they could do since we paid cash for the refridgerator. My mother called and the manager finally said he'd find us another one. Once my fiance was able to make it up there, we both work and she's in school, the refridgerator was ALOT smaller that the one my parents had originally bought us. The manager found us another one, and picked up the olsd one. My fiance said that the delivery people were quite rude when they delivered the newer one. I just called and spoke t o the store manager, I believe his name is Rick, to let him know that the freezer is full of snow and not working properly, he said, "I was hold on to a refridgerator for you for a few weeks." I reminded him that the one he had been "holding for me" was significantly smaller. He finally said that he would call someone to come take a look at it. I am in sales for a living, and I would be out of business if I treated my customers the way he has. I am sure that if he bought a truck from me, it broke, and I offered to replace it with a Dodge Dart, he would be upset too. I will definitely never do business with Aaron's ever again, and I will make sure all of my friends and family know as well. This just isn't how you do business! The manager said they would pay for the service, but I am sure I'll get stuck with the bill. I will also be contacting corporate, because this is the absolute worst service I have...
   Read moreSo I walked in and I was looking at one of the zero turn mower‘s. I went up to the counter and at first there was a lady standing there she said can I help you? I said do you know what the prices on that mower. She said oh I really don’t know I would have to check so she went and found a guy that came and knew what the price was. Although as I decided I’m gonna take the mower and start doing the paperwork. The guy that sold it to me comes out and says oh I forgot that unit is sold. Then he tells me well I could get you another mower. So he takes me to the computer and he shows me a model on there I like it but it’s a lot more money than what I was wanting to spend. So immediately I go defensive and get really ticked off because now it looks like this guy was just trying to swindle me. So I decided to give the guy a second chance I gave him my phone number he said he check some of the other stores for a used good mower and then call me back today. This was on Wednesday it is Friday morning and I still haven’t heard from him turns out not only do they swindle you but apparently they’re dishonest as hell. My suggestion is to stay away from this place far far away from this place I thought Rent-A-Center was bad this place is 10 times worse.

But if you move out of town in the contract it says you must return any unpaid furniture. So 2 years ago that's what we did.. well when I went and signed all the paperwork she became very rude unprofessional acting like a was trash saying well you returned your furniture before so we can't honor any promotions. when I walked in she said she would give a promotion to me for being a returning customer.. then she Said if one reference did not answer I would not receive my stove so I better make sure everyone answers. That how she spoke to me as if I was a child... Long story short I cancelled everything and got my money back.. all because 2years ago I moved out of town and did what the contract said was to return all merchandise. 🙄 Get better financial management that's not...
