On 8/3/2017, I took my wife here because she was having some pain, that we thought might be spine related. They did the x-rays and exam, and charged $248.00. They told us to come back the next day. the next day they laid her on the table and the lady began adjustments with the little thumping tool. when she came to T-8 she made the comment that it felt soft, but she continued down my wife's spine. When the Dr finished my wife could not even get up off the table. She was in excruciating pain. The lady Dr made the comment it would be good if my wife had some flexeril. some way I managed to get my wife into the truck and home. I took her to an MD next and they had x-rays done. We found out her T-8 was SHATTERED. One month later we found out my wife had cancer, and it had eaten her spine from T-7 thru T-10. We tried to get her a whole body cast to get around, because she could not move with the T-8 shattered... but it took until sept 11 and the trip to the hospital and finding out she had cancer to get the Shell which finally relieved some of the pain... but not all of it. The lady doctor here made the last 5 months of my wife's life very miserable when she had 2 different opportunities to STOP. Once from the examination of the x-rays, and the second time when she realized my wife's spine was SOFT! They are still doing x-rays and claiming it is to find out if something is wrong... before doing adjustments... in reality the x-rays are a money racket, OR There was Malpractice when they...

Dr Finch is a wealth of information regarding non medicinal options for care. The staff, all of them, are extremely dedicated, organized, personable and empathetic to your individual needs! I was extremely impressed with their care when it came to “my neck” and how Dr Finch was able to “recorrect” the curvature of it😉. I can honestly say that I don’t wake up with a stiff neck and shoulders. However, my lower spine is my main source of pain🥺. After my initial X-rays, traction, medical massage and adjustments..without continuously going in each week atleast 2 times per week, my back settles right back into its extremely painful position before treatments started. I don’t blame Dr. Finch, he did all he could and I am very diligent about caring for myself at home with special equipment I use each day and most days twice per day. We just agreed I have done so much damage to it via my occupation and numerous falls over the years, that surgery may need to be my next step. But I learned a lot about my body throughout the entire treatment time to help me take better care of it and I owe that to Dr Finch and his staff! I was recommended this place by my primary doctor. As soon as I walked in I was instantly impressed. The friendly staff was only the beginning. I was being seen due to a minor injury that caused major pain from a car accident. I can't say I had a ton of faith in chiropractors previous to my experience here. My first visit was lengthy (they are extremely thorough) but I was treated to nicely that it didn't feel like a long time while I was there.

They worked with my schedule, created a treatment plan, showed genuine concern for my well being, & provided a very comfortable environment!
