Main Street Market — Local services in Panama

When choosing a wedding caterer, my number one concern was the quality of food for the price. I didn't want to pay an arm and a leg for a meal my guests would enjoy. My second concern was flexibility. Not only did Main Street Market Catering meet my expectations, but went above and beyond. During our cocktail hour we had a charcuterie grazing table with a mix of meats, spreads, crackers/breads, veggies, nuts, fruits, and sauces. This was a BIG hit with our guests. For dinner, we had a pasta bar. We served penne pasta with a choice of red meat sauce, alfredo sauce, and vodka sauce with chicken. They also served salad and breadsticks. Since our wedding, I have received COUNTLESS compliments on the alfredo & vodka sauce. I highly recommend Tracey and her team for your event. I used Main Street Market at my wedding at Willow Creek, and wow! The food was absolutely delicious and the service was extremely courteous and friendly! We utilized Main Street’s buffet service for our reception. When I went to get my plate, one of the servers asked what I’d like on my plate and then brought my plate to me so I didn’t have to carry it or worry about it spilling on my dress!! They also provided help to those who needed it and were very attentive to all of our guests! They really went above and beyond for their services! Tracey and the staff of Main Street Market were amazing to work with! It started with a tasting in which we were able to try some of the food we were considering for our wedding. This was a great touch as we had not been able to have their food before. Day of our wedding they were quick to set up and super friendly! Our absolute favorite thing though was the fact they were able to make personal recipes. Although they had never made it before, we asked them to make a Russian salad.
