Terrible company if you are getting something delivered to your home.

First Experience: Ordered a large vanity and paid extra for “white glove” delivery to get it carried up to our second story bathroom renovation project. I verified it would be delivered to “room of choice within two flights of stairs). I took a half a day off work because we arranged for them to deliver between 8 and noon. They showed up at 3:30PM with one guy to deliver. He wanted to leave it in the driveway even though I paid for it be delivered upstairs. The company refused to carry it up stairs so we sent it back.

Second Experience: We ordered a second (lighter) vanity so I could get some friends to help me get it up the stairs. Got a voicemail to arrange delivery, but when we called back, they couldn’t find the order number. That was yesterday and they said they’d give us a call back when the found it. With no notice, they just delivered the vanity and left it. No notice, no knocking on the door to let us know. The simply left a several thousand dollar vanity sitting out in the snow with it...

These drivers are great! Logan, our driver, always goes the extra mile to take care of our needs. Running a small business, it is easy for us to get busy and forget that we have deliveries. Logan figures out how and where to off load the equipment, wrestles it to a safe location, and goes on his merry way without a consideration of receiving a "thank you" for his service. Had the driver receiving at this facility . The receiver is great . Due to problem with phone connections with my driver I had to call the receiving and ask if I can talk to my driver . The lady from the office was so nice and understanding, she had to walk all the way and bring my driver, so I can talk to him . Thank you so much to all personal .
