By far the best experience I have ever had purchasing equipment. I walked in to the dealership and there was no pressure by the sales persons. I approached a gentleman named Joe Black and the rest is history. Joe had all of the answers to my questions and made everything very clear. The knowledge he had about the Kubota product was very impressive. I actually ordered my tractor that evening from him without any hesitation. During the building process of my tractor Joe kept me well informed of everything that was transpiring. If I had any questions or needed anything I reached out to Joe and he was always there in a timely manner. I cannot say enough good about the way I was treated by Joe at Messick's. I took delivery of my new tractor and everything was as promised and error free. After putting some hours on the tractor I had a few questions and Joe continued to be very good with communication and answered any questions I had after the sale. Unfortunately, less than a month after the sale I managed to break out the door glass. I called Joe to see if he could get me a part number so I could order a new piece. Not only did Joe get me the part number, He was able to locate the glass and get it to me within one day. Read morePurchased a b2601 on 3/19 and was told up to 2 weeks by the sales man Kevin. Received it on 4/20. Was told that the backup was missing wheels, shortage, Covid, missing ballast box (which I never received), understaffed, sick staff, all sort of excuses for over a month.
Received the tractor over a month later. Black paint splattered on the orange paint. Deep rusted scratches in the bucket. Welds are laughable. Had no hydraulic fluid in it. Contacted Kevin and he said someone would reach out by Tuesday. Nothing.
Disgusting business practices. If this is how you think sending a customer equipment is okay… you all won’t be in business for many more years…

We've waited an hour plus on two different occasions without acknowledgement from the sales staff. Even if they would've offered a callback or an appointment at another time that would've been satisfactory in my book.
