Game X Change — Local services in Paragould

I love coming here for picking up Gunpla models, comic books, retro games and consoles. The staff are usually pretty nice, and they keep the store clean. The organizational system is easy enough for anyone to find what they're looking for. That said, here comes the gripe. The stock can sometimes be stale, keeping a lot of the same inventory on shelves for a long time. I do understand that they have limited space and most of their inventory is traded in stuff. Buy they do also sell brand new items as well. For the life of me though, I don't understand why brand new inventory isn't rotated more often. Like, I was told that they had boxes and boxes of new stuff in the back, but they're not allowed to rotate or even put any of this new stuff on the shelf until their district manager comes to do inventory of their stock room. If that guy could be a little more active and get this done more frequently, it would definitely make a weekly visit more worthwhile. Still worth visiting first before going to GameStop or some random flea market if you're searching to add to any...

Its a good place to find old game systems that you can rarely find anymore and has many collections of games. Only reason I give it 3 stars is because when they get a game then it is supposed to be tested to make sure the game works but I've been in to get games and they didn't so I'll have to take the game back the next day for there is only a 24 hour exchange on them and after I exchanged the game and got a new used copy it wouldn't work either so I'd then have to go up back to game exchange the next day. I can recall 2 of the games that I had to do this with. Call of duty modern warfare 3 3 times and eventually got one that worked and underground 2 I went in 5 times and had to get a different game because none of them worked due to me having them all exchanged. I came in tonight after spending the last week struggling to fix my old PS4 thats been on life support. Tear stained cheeks, slightly frantic and hesitant on what I should do moving forward. Both guys were incredibly kind to me and answered every question I had between upgrading to a PS5 versus getting a PC or a different console. We settled on me getting a used PS5. They didn't necessarily do anything more for me than do their job, but I hope both of the guys that helped me get to know that their kindness really meant a lot to me, hopefully this review...
