Apex Supply Company — Local services in Paris

I've been here a few times and won't be back. The workers are friendly, but they never had the plumbing part I needed and have recommended that I go somewhere else in town to look for my part (i.e. to a hardware store). APEX would not even try to order the part. It's sad when a plumbing supply store does not stock plumbing parts. Johnson-Burks Plumbing Supply didn't have it either, but at least they were willing to order it for me (if Swaim Hardware did not stock). We are encouraged to shop locally, but I can't do that if items I need are...

Update: My husband bought a water heater on 8/10/22 for our home. We installed it. The Bradford White water heater did not light. At first they were not going to return our money, but our plumber Gary, checked and found it to be faulty. He notified the manager of what he found. Have used Apex to source fixtures for two remodels and now repair pool pump plumbing after the freeze. They have a great inventory, way better than the big box stores. Also, they are super professional about respecting customers by wearing masks, requiring masks at counter and having barriers to do their part to beat the virus.
