Saw on Facebook, more than 20 people who bought multiple different appliances from here and had bad reports! Very bad! Read for yourself. No warranty- bad or missing parts- only lasting a few days after purchasing- they won’t come look at product or replace- just beware.

Saturday was supposed to be open at 9 am, sat in parking lot until 945a and no one ever opened the store! I had called earlier in the week and spoke to the owner Estelle and said I would be there Saturday morning to purchase 6 stoves!

We thought we had bought a safe refurbished electric oven at this place and it's been about a month since we bought it. We were happy when we saw it has a 3 month warranty. And so just 2 days ago the front left burner was heating up extremely hot, and before that the whole month we've had it the stovetop paint has been smearing off which tells me they didnt use actual oven paint that is made to indure the hot temps from the oven heat, and then today we went to clean it using the self cleaning function where it locks the door tight and it heats up real hot to clean the inside of the oven and thank God we didn't go outside and work in the yard. I was in another room when I smelled a burning smell and I asked my wife "whats that smell", and she was like, "it's the oven cleaning itself" I was like "ok", nut in my head i was thinking "are you sure thats how its supposed to smell cause it doesnt snell normal like others ive cleaned this way. So then something told me to go check on it and the inside of it was on fire, the lock oven button says hold for 3 seconds but I kept holding it for 3 seconds and nothing, it wouldn't unlock and I needed to put out the fire on the inside. My wife cleaned it just before she used its self cleaning function so there was nothing inside that was flammable to catch on fire it was the oven itself but do I tried holding it for 4 secs 5. Then 10 secs and back to only 3 and it wouldn't unlock at all. The fire inside was getting worse and so Iknew I had to unplug it but i was scared cause it was pulling all this electricity from the outlet and that much electricity exposed when unplugging can jump over to your finger cause it want to have a path to flow. You know i had wondered why the guys that installed it acted finny and wanted me to plug it in and then got the hell outra my house in a hurry like they knew it had electrical problem. But so when i unplugged it it shocked the hell outta me. Im very lucky it wasnt as bad as it could have been cause i was wear sone leather gloves. It could have been so bad. So we call up to the appliance store to ask for them to come get it to exchange with another and they're telling us we need to bring it up there to talk about it. Well I'm sorry but that's why we chose this place. They delivered. But that wasn't the owner. So after we talk to the owner and they agree to come get it and exchange it for one that is safe and doesn't nearly kill us to use i will change my review. They're lucky it didn't burn down our house kill our 4 pets my wife my son and myself. But they're really lucky I didn't get electrocuted to death cause I was very careful unplugging it. It was unplug it or let it burn my house down. But we have absolutely no way to bring the oven to them. Ill hire someone to pick it up and take it to them and have that person bill them for it but I cant do it myself. I mean I hope they know they're lucky that I'm not like a lit of other people and going to sue them for selling me an oven that isn't safe amd it shocking me. But I'll wait till we speak to the owner to let the owner make it right and then I can't give a rating of the whole experience. I really hope they don't treat us like the other people in the reviews cause I'm gonna get a lawyer and sue them for me getting shocked. We will talk to the owner and if he doesn't come get it I'll go to the ER to get the paperwork I need then I'll file a civil suit and file a complaint with the FTC and the Consumer Financial Protection agency as well as the BBB and ill call the city inspector to let them know they're not certified to work on electric appliances because they're selling unsafe ones to customers. Ill write the texas state attorney general twice a week and the mayor of Paris 3 times a week if they want to play around. We were just too in a hurry to get an oven and I didn't check the reviews. But I will post pics of every review on every community group for paris on facebook and post to facebook marketplace, offerup, 5 miles, and every online website and app they advertise on to...

My dad bought a washer dryer set from this place and within two weeks the dryer quit working and wasn't heating when powered on. We live almost an hour and a half away from Paris Texas and my dad is disabled and can barely get around or afford expensive appliances. We called the store to have them fix or replace the dryer and was told to bring it by and have them look at it to try making repairs. My dad has diabetes and falls down all the time but yet we get the dryer loaded up and get it to the store. The owner told is that a dryer IS NOT to be laid down flat on its back for any reason. The maintenance at the store made repairs to the dryer and claimed it was a burnt wire that attaches to the heating element and he replaced the wire with different wiring. Plugged it up inside the store and it worked fine and got all the way back home and only worked long enough to dry one load of clothes and is now having the same issue. Also now my washing machine won't fill up but halfway when on the largest load setting and I've tried going through every dial and button on the machine to try the other settings to wash a large load but it's still not working properly. I've reached out this morning by email and Facebook messenger explaining how both washer and dryer are not working properly and that my dad is disabled and on a very tight monthly income and how could we resolve this matter. I sure hope that someone from that place responds back and we can get this matter resolved for my dad and they'll correct this issue. It's one thing to take money from me and sell me junk but for someone to take money from my elderly father....yeah let's just say that's totally different situation, because not anybody is going to be that way to him. Prayers that things...
