NO CLUE HOW THIS HAS A 4.4 OVERALL RATING (makes you wonder if the ratings are from eployees or employee friends/relatives). Ordered sandwiches toasted and felt like they were microwaved for 30-45 seconds. Veggies were out of the sandwich before i even moved it (opened the bag and saw the sandwich with veggies already out in the drivethru). Even had to wonder if there was any cheese. My mother got one as well and got toasted veggie delight. Hers wasnt even warm (let alone toasted) when she ordered toasted and the cheese wasn't melted (was cold). She ordered all veggied except onions and yet had onions in her sandwich. We've had small mistakes from here before and I'm not someone to leave a review like this but this has got to be the worst sandwich I have ever gotten from a subway. Read moreHorrible experience with Brian (manager) I came through drive thru order a foot long meal. It was a slight misunderstanding with how I wanted my sandwich to be made. So I called and mention it and brought it back on the inside. When I arrive some young black girl took it and gave me a remake that I didn't want. Brian had a attitude and that girl did also. The correct way was to remake it when the customer is there not say I remade it after we got off the phone. That's a big No No, I don't know if you coughed or not use fresh gloves to remake it. Plus Brian made my sandwich in drive with the same gloves and handed me my money and order while wearing the same gloves. Very unsanitized and gross. Read moreI’ve been calling in our orders all this week April 2,3 because it was convenient. I called tonight and a Guy answered the phone. I asked to make a call in order he told me they don’t do call in orders and continued to have a attitude, getting very disrespectful and using derogatory language. I called again from another phone thinking ok maybe He was just having a bad night just to get the same disrespectful guy on the phone. I asked for a manager or supervisor and he really got disrespectful. They will never get a dime from me again. The others that helped me all week was Definitely Nice and very Respectful.
