Bought a well pump with a three year warranty. I paid for it instead of charging it on my account. conveniently they lose your receipt if it’s not charged.After 3 months it went out. I took it back and the manager won’t give me the time of day. Bought another pump 3 year warranty 6 months no water. We took it back WITH the receipt. The store manager goes to the back plugs it in the motor runs and says it’s good and refuses to warranty it. My wife said just because the motor runs doesn’t mean the pump pumps. After mentioning to go see the owner he gives us credit. We went to B&R got a pump one year warranty 1 YEAR later we still have water. I use to go in there for all my plumbing and lumber needs But between B&R and Lowes it’s covered. It was a great experience! One stop shop! If you have a project to do then I recommend going there. They are so helpful plus they have whatever you need! AND if what you need isn't in the store they can order it for you. It will arrive in a couple of days. If they don't have it they will recommend who to go to for it.
