THE Bowling Alley — Local services in Paris

This place is absolutely disappointing. We've been coming for 2 years, and as of late they've been focusing on their league and parties more than regular customers. I understand you have busy seasons and need to make money, but to tell customers they only have one hour to bowl because of a party is rude and dismissive. The lady at the front desk has been snobbish and rude multiple times throughout our visits, using us asking for 2 lanes for 3 people when that wasn't the case. We've only asked for 1 the last six months or so. The only time we asked for 2 lanes we had 5 people. The biggest issue isn't Roy, he is a gentleman and very nice, but his wife is rude and is the reason a lot of customers leave I think.

If you want somewhere nice, comfortable, and welcoming staff do not come here. They're only interested in your money when they have machines that barely work, dirty environments, and awful customer service from his wife.

Being busy is not the same as telling people they only have a certain time to bowl. That's poor planning on their end. They should schedule certain times for their leagues and parties to leave time for regular customers as well. Absolutely appalled at the way we have been treated after years of loyal business. We regret not speaking up sooner about all the discretions sooner, this post would be so much longer if I listed them...

I’ve carried my single key for 2 years, IN THE CITY, ATL at that and NEVER has my car keys come up missing. I go to the bowling alley in Paris my keys just disappear; got so many stares when we first got in there but we bowled anyways) I got a locksmith.. not the in car… searched the place clean with 2 others… NOTHING . I go up to the owners and I’m like “ hey has anyone turned in some car keys ?” lol when I tell yall they showed no remorse, sympathy 🥲 the husband being sarcastic the whole time “oh wow I can’t believe that?? You still haven’t found them?that’s weird…” . I finally was like can you atleast make an announcement he acted like he didn’t even wanna do that & said they probably long gone by now, kept discouraging me to watch the cameras because it was a lot of footage (we were only there for an hour) then the wife was like even if we looked I wouldn’t be able to tell you who did it unless I know them personally 😂🤔.then they were like check the trash and you sure one of your friends not playing with ya”??! yall watch yall keys and personal belongings when yall go there because things MYSTERIOUSLY disappear . & WHOEVER got the keys you can keep them, the car been gone up out of there & it won’t be returning no time soon😘 . That was My first and last time going there , I’ll stick to LLs for a good time when I visit! No black people...

Went in there 3 weeks ago bowling had an ok time other than the Lady was in our face because we weren't locals about the beer we paid crazy money for and a cap she said but about 3 weeks later same Lane everything we paid over double for half of the time and it was miserable. Shouldn't put a time limit on bowling and make people hurry and charge them double it's not right how they treat people they don't know and charge them also people aren't stupid one month it was 75 next month for half the time it's double prise they seen me...
