Cheaper than everyone else in town by far. Great sized parking lot. My bagels are $1.95 here whereas Walmart and Hugo's they are $4 to $5 nowadays. I LOVE the self checkout. I avoid Coborn's since they do not have self checkout and I have had bad luck with their produce. Aldi has their stores figured out. They keep their prices low by reducing staff requirements - people have to be responsible humans and bag their own groceries, return their own cart to the PROPER location and not in the middle of a parking lot... and they charge if you do not bring your own reusable bags. Excellent business model. I have not talked with any employees so far but the store is always very clean and they seem to keep it well stocked. I've had no issues with any food...
   Read moreThe Aldi in Park Rapids is clean and organized. The quality for vegetables baked goods and dairy is superior. Quantities were a little lower but I know restock is tomorrow Tuesday. Prices continue to go up on meat. And there wasn't any ground beef remaining. Their chicken prices are lowest in the area however as compared to Hugos and Walmart. Nuts and seeds and chocolate and coffee continue to be great quality and a reasonable price! Their frozen snacks are wonderful. Very. Inconvenient. I don’t care how “new” you are, your groceries are no better than the store across the street except they aren’t afraid to employ people to fetch carts. There is nothing “new” about being inconvenient.
