I was overcharged for a package I shipped with this establishment, who claims to follow the USPS charging standards. This company goes by CPU Bulk in Bins or The Post Office and Gift Shoppe of West Boca. My Package Dimensions were 18x14x16 and sent as regular parcel post. I had measured it at home. Clerk Steve, barely measured the box and told me it was 19 inches. He did not show me his measurements when I requested it. Then, he hit me with a balloon charge of $18.52. I ended up paying a total of $47.13 for something that should have come to about $25ish. Steve was not very professional and looked annoyed when I questioned the charge. I called several times, to resolve this issue, with no answer. I tried another number found in this company website, and spoke to a gentleman who said his name was Stanley.
