I had NO idea what I wanted for an engagement ring as I don’t normally wear jewelry and I’m not into anything sparkly. I hated every jeweler experience because they were always so pushy and hovered over us while we tried to browse. We decided to go to Julian Gustave’s because we liked the idea of a small business. Rick helped us and he made the experience feel genuine instead of pushing sales on us. He was very patient with me as I browsed through a giant engagement ring catalog. I cannot say enough about the exceptional service I received. I inherited a beautiful ring from my grandma that I had always loved. The ring is an unusual design and it would spin on my finger. The last few years I’ve only worn it a few times because the constant spinning and high setting made it impossible for me to wear. I brought it to them and I am blown away on the fix they made. I left it with them for a few days and was so nervous about how it would turn out. I just got my ring appraised here. They took their time with it. I dropped it off and picked it back up a few hours later and it was in better shape when I picked it up than when I brought it in! They cleaned it for me and the appraisal was at an amazing price, only $45.00! I noticed they carry antique jewelry and gemstones, beautiful selections.
