I stayed there for three years the place was infested with roaches told him he would never get it as Terminator out there to correct the problem he always want to do it himself had moved my wife and kids in and we went out a stove for over 2 weeks and I had to cook meals in the microwave he is a slumlord if your late paying the rent he gives you 24 hours to vacate the property if you don't you lose all your belongings tonight after three years of living there we will wife kids and her sister and her baby in her sister's boyfriend we had to stay in a hotel because of the roach problem we went back tonight and all our stuff was gone he threw all their stuff in the city dump baby toys clothes my DVD player is gone DVDs the list goes on and on we are devastated and we were getting ready to move back to Virginia and the police were called and they could be facing charges for theft of property being he didn't give us an eviction notice he makes you sign a little piece of paper and then he use that against you I lived in a little one-bedroom that used to be a construction trailer he converted into a house I was paying 180 a week long story short I would not recommend this...

I have lived here three separate times it's always quiet here peaceful we are cleaning up the place and no am not a druggie am a truck driver I stay to my self I don't care about anybody else how they live their lives why try to run someone else life but anyway every place u go has problems that's what am saying if u don't pay ur rent he gives chance after chance and no he doesn't throw u out he goes get evictions u will have 30 days to get out on ur own if not u go to court so don't...

I think Mr Jim loves people, and he has a dream to do such good things but I think the TYPE of people that live up there..... Mmmm....well, they are not the most desirable folks...
