These guys impressed the heck out of us. In this day and age, it's not too often you come across someone who is willing to back their product without strings attached and in a timely manner. We bought a washer/dryer set from them with a 90 warranty. We experienced an issue within the first few weeks, and these guys were back in a heartbeat troubleshooting the problem. They ended up taking our washer back to their shop because they wanted to be absolutely sure they worked out the kinks for us, and in the meantime installed another washer they had packed along just in case (and it wasn't a hoopty either!) I purchased a front load whirlpool set from this company and almost IMMEDIATELY noticed the washing machine leaks on most wash loads, and FLOODS when I attempt to use the machine cleaning function. They took it on two separate occasions, once keeping it for over a week and claim they tested it and the machine doesn’t leak. Eventually they just stopped answering my calls. My husband decided to take the machine apart himself and found the ENTIRE DRUM is cracked all the way across, and had obviously been poorly glued together. After trying ourselves multiple times to fix the problem without having to buy a new $200 drum for a used machine, we’re coming to the conclusion that we need to replace the machine. I went to this shop to ask if they had a turntable connector for my small microwave in my new to me rv. The counterman was with several other customers working on another appliance. He at first commented that they did not have anything for me. As I asked who I should go to for this, he said wait a minute. He stopped what he was working on, stepped around the counter and rummaged through some parts. Pulled out what looks like what I needed. He said here you go, no charge.
