Went on a recommendation from hubs work friend. Glad we went, the Birria is quality meat, served on a crispy shell. The dipping sauce is like an au jus, more than some thicker, red chile purees I have had, but was very tasty. The green salsa is perfect! I had 3 tacos Adobada ( pork), with avocado added & green salsa on top. The meat was tender, nicely marinated, and the tortillas had a nice toasty caramelization on these tacos.
