Would not recommend this place to anyone. It was probably the worst experience I've ever had in Paso Robles. We were so excited to try something new in Paso but let me count the ways how underwhelming and disappointing this experience $65 per person was. The apples were also bruised and one apple definitely had a worm. When I called to make the reservation I mentioned that one was allergic to wine and if there was an option for just a soak. Well.. when we checked in it was registered for 4 sip and soaks and since the wine was poured they couldn't do anything about it and it was past the 24 hr mark. How do I know that it was for 4 soak and sips and not 3 soak and sips and one soak.. cool cool. We also stood around for 5+ minutes waiting for someone to address us and guide us to the tub. Which-- eats our time. They were non interested in helping-- nor courteous. We were told to pick up our trays and walk out the doors to a rose bush to the spa. No one walked us.. it was just lack luster. As we are walking to our spa.. so excited to see the vines we were welcomed by an oak tree and another tub as our view. When the website promotes a view of the vines and this is what you're welcomed to... wow. So disappointing. Fine, we are here for the remaining minutes going to enjoy it.. and sip our wine. The wine list was subpar compared to other reviews on Yelp. With all the fabulous wine in Paso, the wine was disappointing. To make matters worse there was a hair in the red. Tasting was: Dusi: Pinot Grigio, LeVigne: Sauvignon Blanc, J&J: Rosè, Dusi: Rosè, J&J: Tempranillo. Be willing to rent a locker and towel even though you just paid $65 for an hour soak and sub par wine. The women's handicap shower was broken. The men's shower sprayed out of the tubing from the hand held shower and the shampoo and conditioner containers were missing buttons. None of the employees seemed to care about our experience and/or us as no one was at the front desk. So, never ever again will we come back or tell anyone to visit.

The water deserves 5 stars! Mineral rich and lovely; the staff and customer service, not so much. It was our first visit and when we walked in there were two ladies working the front desk who barely acknowledged us despite not being busy. The person who checked us in wasn’t enthused and didn’t complete the process so we waited PAST our reservation time before another staff member realized she hadn’t properly finished our forms and called me up to finish. Then we waited some more before being told our room was ready and what number it was. NOTHING ELSE! No one showed us how to add more hot mineral water, turn off the jets, where to shower, what the process was… no introduction, no walking us to our room and pointing out the necessary things. It would have taken 2 minutes max to help us feel welcome and oriented. They weren’t busy… multiple staff working and yet no one was friendly or helpful. The midweek special made the price and the soak worthwhile… I would have given one star had we paid the full price for the both of us.

I booked a reservation a month in advanced for a group of 5, not realizing the weekend we were visiting Paso Robles was during a heat wave (it was 107) I called the day before to make sure we were able to get a tub in the shade and the receptionist gave me a tub number that was supposedly the most shaded of all the tubs. When we arrived the next day, our assigned tub was definitely nowhere near shaded. I brought this up to the receptionist and she offered to switch us to the indoor tub. I was initially disappointed since I was hoping we could still be outside but to my surprise the “indoor” tub wasn’t really indoor. It’s actually an outdoor tub that’s connected to the building and shaded! Since it wasn’t too busy the staff let us stay in the tub a little longer than the hour we paid for. Overall an incredibly fun and relaxing experience, I’m super excited to come back!!

Can’t speak enough on how horrible our experience was at this place. First things first, their front desk staff is the ABSOLUTE WORST. I don’t think there would be a more unprofessional, and more importantly unethical staff across the country! We reached as per our reservation, we were given pool 17 for our soak (the worst tub ever, if they give you that don’t go) There’s zero view from here. We politely requested if they could give us pool 15 or 16 if they were vacant. They said no straight off. But wait for it, it gets worse! A little over one hour of our soaking time, to our utmost shock, we see four cops land up at our pool asking us to leave the pool immediately. We were stunned! Turns out one of their employee reports that we “threw a water bottle at her” WOW. Absolutely amazing perception. I think this woman needs some guidance - a water bottle that was on the railing of our pool fell just outside our pool area due to a gush of wind, and this woman reported it as “being physically threatened” I MEAN RIDICULOUS! They purport that they we crossed a line, when we could not be more civil, one member of our party was standing by the railing trying to escape the hot blazing sun due to the absolutely pathetic location of their hot tub and they claimed he was looking at the guests in the other pool! Are these people serious?? There was NO ONE in the next pool! Whose privacy was being compromised, can they care to explain? Show us video footage of both incidents!! Their staff has a serious case of cooking up stories and are the biggest LIARS we could ever come across. Let me also shed light on the ‘timing’ at which they called the cops - just a few mins before our time for the soak was to end so they could charge us the amount’, then proceed to call the cops :) We have not received an itemized bill or receipt for the service they ‘claim’ to have provided. How convenient! They apparently had the card details stored from a previous visit at the property, and quickly charged the amount on that. I’m amazed at the hypocrisy of first claiming we were indulging in nuisance and then proceeding to play so sly with us! They are an absolutely unscrupulous and immoral business and a classic case of birds of feather flock together when it comes to the management and customer staff as they share the same standard and lack of ethos! The humiliation they have put us through for NO FAULT of ours will not be taken lightly by us or left unaddressed. Wishing them better sense of fairness, professionalism and basic humanity of engaging in a conversation before they jump to conclusions. Can’t help but think these people are prejudiced and reek of foul racist mentality! THUMBS DOWN to you guys.

Their absolutely spineless reply below is only a reflection of having jumped the gun by calling the cops, because they have ZERO valid reasons to call the cops. I absolutely urge you to mention the reasons, dear owner :) Because you claim to be “protecting” our privacy by doing so. Please don’t, and go and elaborate on why you did what you did. Please come back with valid reasons after careful consideration and we’ll take our next steps accordingly with you. Your lack of engagement and unprofessionalism is unparalleled. But we will not let this...

Booked reservations in advance for a bridal party and upon arriving, one of our members had an immediate family emergency- involving a passing of a loved one and had to leave and commute 2.5 hours back to Fresno. The rest of the party went in to let the front office staff know that we could not stay for our reservations due to the emergency and needed to be with our loved ones and help with the drive back home. They still required us to pay for our services. We asked if we can pay for them in advance and put them on a gift card to come back to use at a later date. They didn't care. They weren't understanding. God forbid one of their parents died and they were given poor customer service and had to deal with people that don't have a kind human heart and just cared about their money-- that's the bottom line, they wanted their money. They must not understand what an emergency is. The front office girls should have advocated for us more since they saw the tears in our eyes and panic in our voices. Instead, they had us move over so they can help another customer and loudly told the next customer "we now have a soak spa available, as long as you don't mind that it's decorated for a bachelorette party! Ha-ha!" With their cute sarcastic chuckle when we were still standing right there. WOW REALLY? We're not deaf. And the manager should have shown us more compassion and should have come out from wherever she was hiding to greet us in person and personally try to have some understanding with us. Instead- her demand to pay for services was communicated through a phone call/text with the front office girl.

Y'all need some training. We are ALL humans. We are ALL going through something in life. So learn to have compassion for others. Even if they tried to "make it right" after they read this review and want to give us our services on a gift certificate to return in the future... WHY would I want to return there? I would never want to go back. I would never recommend this...
