My boyfriend and I were members here for almost a year. Learned to golf here, made some amazing connections, played in scrambles, grew to love the game. The last two months have been severely disappointing, to the point where we will not be back on the green again unless we see some major improvements. Not only did the owners decided to up their prices more than this course is now worth, but it has gone into almost disrepair. It broke our hearts the way the course is now, we even bought clubs for our nine year old in hopes she would take lessons here. Thatâs not happening now. Crabgrass on greens that makes reading puts impossible, cart paths that make it feel like youâre off-roading the whole ride (a bit of filled in DG would make a world of a difference), and the fact that the sprinklers seem to always be going, even on the fairways. God forbid you hit your ball dead straight on fairway and a sprinkler is still going, makes grabbing your ball out of it not worth it. But yet here is the fairway on hole 6, there is a reason you donât water after 11, the sun and heat burns the plants and grass you water during that time. We will stick to eating at the restaurant (the ONLY reason this isnât a one star, the restaurant is fantastic), and saying hi to the friends weâve made...
Read moreFun little 6-hole course but it's very inconsistent. Greens were punched (luck of the draw though), sandy, pitted, and super soft, which is understandable for the price. Putting here is an adventure. Stretching out 18 "holes" by doing 3 different tees per green gets really repetitive and can cluster groups. The varied tees are not very different. Might be 10 yards different and to the left or right on 4 or 5 of the 6 holes. One par 4 breaks it up and allows for a possible wood or driver hole. No driving range and an okay putting green. Overall, I'd say check it out for a quick round of cheap golf, but don't expect the...
Read moreI'm giving this course a 5 star because of value, fun and customer service. The course is great for getting out for the average beginner and casual player. The greens are very soft and very long aka slow, but you don't have to fear missed putts going drastically bad. Just juice up your speed and you'll be fine. You don't need a tee time but if you get there early you can have the course to yourself for the first round or two. The 6th hole is a pleasant long hole where you can hit driver if you hit under 300 yards. Not too many hazards to just let it rip. Will play again next time I'm camping...
