After moving my son to NYC Memorial Day weekend, my Ram Pro Master 3500, Diesel Van died in the Lincoln Tunnel. The transit authority got me out and to the side of the road. I called Travelers road side assistance which was a total waste of time. I spent 30 minutes on the phone giving them all of the information and after waiting awhile it turned out that none of the "approved" towing companies were available. I was stranded on a Sunday afternoon, and no one is open until Tuesday. Google search turned up Bergen Diesel and he had good reviews, which is saying something in the auto repair business. I called and was surprised to get an answer. We spoke and he said he knew where I was and could be there in 20 minutes. Abraham showed up as promised, loaded up the Van and dropped me off at a secure location. He stayed in touch with me and had the Van ready by noon on Tuesday, which exceeded my expectations. I was a 15 hour drive from Home and really could have been overcharged, but Abraham was very reasonable. He went above and beyond and took great care of me and my vehicle. Where do i start. after taking my ford f550 diesel to 2 mechanic shops, spending almost $4000 dollars to still have my dump truck not running i was about to give up. My local ford dealership was 6 weeks backed up. Someone recommended me to BERGEN diesel after having their 6.0 completely rebuilt, i decided to have my truck towed here.

Spoke to the owner Abraham who was able to schedule me in to diagnose the truck. After finding out the other shops were playing a guessing game by changing parts that didn’t even fail, he was able to figure out the problem within a couple hours.

In less than 3 days my truck was back on the road. He even did a few things on the house since they were simple fixes to keep me DOT legal and offered a maintenance follow up after i put a few miles on my truck. I’ve finally found myself an honest mechanic. I won’t be going to anyone else besides Abraham. See you for my next service interval. It’s been about 10,000 miles already and not one hiccup.

Ive had my Ford 550 for 5 years and its been an amazing truck but recently its started to give me problems by beginning with blowing smoke from the exhaust to not wanted to crank at all.
