All Star Rentals are rock star rentals! I can't recommend them highly enough. We had to throw together a backyard wedding in a week. Instead of being told it was impossible to get a three tents, tables, chairs, linens, etc. at such a late date, All Star said, "Can do, no problem, what do you need? How can we help?" The level of professionalism, dedication to the highest standards and personal, hands-on attention in making sure that we were completely happy was first class all the way. Did I mention that we suddenly had to contend with a torrential rain and wind storm on the day? All Star came back, without being asked, to reinforce the tents to make sure everything was safe and secure for the big day. So my experience was horrible... 1st the prices were incorrect on the website, we I called they quoted higher prices for the tables. I cannot believe that this company is still in business. Every table I rented was damaged and would need a very heavy table cloth as it is a wooded table, likely given to the company for a public school (Art Department), the bottom of the tables were patched up with table and some were unstable, I viewed their chairs from the website, well the Blue chairs I orders were worse. Cracked Painted, not clean and the delivery was supposed be in the morning , I called the office 3 times and my shabby rentals arrived at 4:45pm, it was too late to return as my party for set for the next day and now I have to spend time trying find heavy table clothes. Geri and the team at All Star are phenomenal! I had such a great experience, the pricing is compatible, everyone was very friendly, the service was above and beyond and the equipment was in great shape. We did a last minute christening in my backyard, and Geri held my hand the whole way. Giving great suggestions based on years on experience. The party went off without a hitch because Geri was available and to the rescue when I needed two more tables last minute after her staff left for the weekend. Needless to say two weekends later she came to the rescue again. Last minute she provided pop up tents for a wash out Memorial Day weekend. Thank you Gerri! We will be using this service a lot more.
