In a day and age when customer service is everything, the lack of follow through has left me here, leaving a bad review. I’ve only ever left POSITIVE reviews to help small business thrive. I dropped off two items to have screen printed last November (and paid for the services in full at that time). It was February before I finally heard that my order was ready. They mentioned that they emailed me, but I found no emails…even in the spam/junk folder. I finally picked up my items and one was misprinted. They owned the error and refunded me partial credit $15. Since the article still wasn’t correct, I asked if they would cover the cost of a new article ($39) and reprint the item. After three emails and one phone call, I still don’t have resolution…with no one getting back with me on a final decision. I even offered to meet in the middle, I’d buy the article again if they would print it correctly at no cost. Today, five months later, I am left with an incorrect product and no contact back. Our group will not be using them in the future and I was looking at them for MORE print jobs. We will go elsewhere…all over what would have cost them $20 out of pocket to make it right. I’ve ordered a few times from PCs online site and I’ve had a great experience every time. They provided quality products. The hoodies and shirts I’ve ordered have always been true to size and are so soft. They are so quick in getting things mailed out. I am always shocked at how quickly they come.
