Needed a come a-long (cable puller / hand winch). Verified they had a 2.5 ton unit in stock (claimed 2) for $46. Drove 40 minute round trip. I couldn't find it. Asked front checkout clerk and she didn't know what one was. Asked 2nd associate; he wasn't sure. Searched again by myself. No luck. Tried 3rd clerk who was actually helpful asked a manager. Manager thought that she "might have saw it on my desk". They could not find one, but suggested a 2 ton, smaller unit for over twice the price @ $99. Wouldn't sell the $99 at enough of a discount to make me switch to a smaller tool. Wasted trip. Polite, but undertrained associates. Tried...

Promptly greeted at the door by multiple team members. One team member, Sky, addressed me by name from us meeting once about six weeks ago.

The level of expertise was on full display as I got my propane tank refilled. It was very cold outside with constant wind. Sky didn't skip any step that ensured safety during the refill and what will eventually be me using the tank with a heater. The weather didn't cause a change to the process.
