I am requesting a full refund, as I feel we were misled into expecting a standard of instruction and oversight that was simply not delivered. The experience fell far below what was represented and what we reasonably anticipated when enrolling. I’m feeling uneasy about Centre Elite’s Ninja program. The lack of communication regarding the head of the program being away—and the absence of proper planning for interim instructors—was upsetting. In a program like Ninja, safety is the top priority. Just as important is having instructors who know and support each child’s abilities. Brett has consistently been exceptional with my children, as well as with others, and the contrast in quality was very clear.

One star for any class without Brett. Any progress or hopes of developing my children’s skills is completely undermined by having teenage staff attempting to oversee complex Ninja stunts.

My daughter has been at CEG for the past four years. She started in a recreational program and then transferred to a competitive program where she is today. CEG has proven to be an incredibly rewarding experience on all levels. Tracy and all of the Centre Elite team have been so friendly and accommodating. My daughter was traveling and needed a gym to practice at while she was away from home. They got her into class with no hesitation and placed her in the perfect class for her skill level. The coaches and other gymnasts have been so kind. The facility is top notch. My daughter doesn't want to leave. I highly recommend Centre Elite. We will definitely be coming back next time...
