My experience at The L.O.F.T, in the Nittany Valley Sports Center has been phenomenal! Workouts are designed and executed by highly trained and experienced Certified Fitness Trainers. No "loosy-goosy" fad workouts here so you can rest assured that trainers Robynne Godfrey & Director Christine Dorman will work with you and for you to reach your fitness goals. Whether you are a Boomer like me or Millennial striving to stay healthy this is the place for you. Do you have sports injuries or limitations? No problem there either because because the focus here is on the mechanics of movement to improve, strengthen, build muscle and overall fitness. I think the first class is free , but check the Facebook page or call the center. I've had memberships at many local facilities in the last 23 years, but this is by far my favorite yet. And the prices are great. If you have kids in need of Summer day camps, or young athletes then you definitely want to check out their Parisi Sports School which is the main focus of the facility. Whew, hope you can tell I just love this place and the community is lucky to have a non-university...
Read moreRead morePaid $600 for my kids to play basketball and then have a playoff game where parents have to yell over to the score keeper to stop having conversations and put down their phone so they can actually put the 2 points that were just scored on the board. Multiple times during the game parents had to yell over for them to start the clock. It was a playoff game, a 3 sec game for 1 point difference and multiple times during the game the score keeper was too busy to start the clock or put the correct jump arrow on the board. Several seconds passed multiple times when we yelled start the clock, start the clock. It cost us the game. Why does the Centre hire people if they rather not pay attention and parents need to yell at them across the court to start the clock or put up the score. Why does the Centre let score keepers be on their phone or have conversations with their friends when a playoff game is going on. These kids work hard to be cheated out of a win because the score keeper can't be bothered to do their job right. why are we paying $300 per kid for incompetent uncaring score keeper to mess up the game play on a...

This place has three visible turfed areas for soccer, lacrosse, etc.
On the other side, I saw kids practicing ballet or some kind of dancing.
So far, good service. Let’s wait and see.
One feature I really liked is that smells good and it is clean (the...
