T-Mobile — Local services in Pauls Valley

I was straight up lied to not only by Adrienne but also by the store manger. She promised me I would get discounts and that when I added 2 lines to my account that the 2 phones would be free. To my shock when I got my bill it was almost 4 times what it should have been. I called customer service which absolutely did nothing. So I go in to talk to the store manager which he assured me he was going to try and resolve the issue the best he could and that he would contact me with any updates. So I waited several days and called back because I haven't heard anything. Store manager said he was still waiting to hear back from his boss and that as soon as he heard something he would contact me. Still not a word from him and its going on 3 weeks. He even told me in the store that tmobile doesn't care that I could put them on the news and all they would say is "we are sorry, we made a mistake." I understand that alot of people may have had a positive outcome with this store but I did not. He actually sided with his employee stating "she is only human, she made a mistake." Even though she admitted right in front of him that she had indeed told me everything that I had complained about. He told her "oh it's OK" I know how the retail game works you make commission on selling things. But when you lie and basically steal from hardworking people just to line your own pockets. You are the lowest form of life and I really hope that the extra money you made off of me was worth it. My next appointment is with an attorney, let's see if tmobile is prepared to say "we are sorry, we made a mistake" when faced with breach of verbal contact. Adrienne Grover you are a godsent, My story is long so I will keep it short my mom got her purse stolen and in her purse was the phone so we immediately tried to get her a phone and she was told that she couldn't get the one that she wanted and she got one that she did not like nor did she want it took two stores and a Walmart, and she still was unhappy and what did not get what she wanted, in a last ditch effort I stopped back by the original store that my mom was unhappy with and there was Adrian and Adrian not only got her her phone that she wanted she also got the discount on the phone that she returned and got the phone that she was happy with she is now happy and Adrian we could not have done it without you you are amazing and I would recommend her to anyone and everyone. This is a shout out to all the Pauls Valley store employees for being absolute patient with a 1year old and for playing with him and distracting him while we was trying to get Internet, two phones, a tablet, and a tracking device set up. They were all so sweet I loved being there. They were all so helpful. Made us feel like a small little family. Love the Internet they said if it doesn't work being it back within fourteen days.
