Drove from Texas to specifically eat here. It was probably the worst barbecue I’ve ever had. The brisket was so unbelievably dry and there was some grayish mystery meat mixed in that was NOT brisket. Taste was off completely and no smoke all, I didn’t even take it home to my dogs. Ribs were tough but edible. Coleslaw was super sweet, potato salad was odd, and baked beans had more ketchup soup than beans. The roast beef “sandwich” was meat piled on 1 slice of bread and doused in au jus, so much so the bread was completely disintegrated and mush. The best thing was the hot links. I HATE to be negative about a Mom and Pop place but $20 a plate - this should have...

Immediately swarmed with flies when I walked through the door, and had to wave them away from me, my drink and my food the entire visit. If they have air conditioning, it doesn't work well.
I'm almost positive my "sliced brisket" was actually pot roast, didn't taste smoked at all. Wrong texture for brisket. The potato salad had the consistency of grits, the coleslaw was hot and the baked beans were more liquid than beans.

I decided to eat the 3 meat combo. I liked it, although I didn't care for the ribs, as they were too dry for my liking. Otherwise, everyone in my party enjoyed...
