Shady business practice. They told me they would offer a specific amount for my phone , and I'll called back there 30 mins later and owner changes his mind telling me he wouldn't do it. Guy on the phone was the owner who acted as if he was just a sales person. I would never recommend EM Wireless. Bad business practice here. Verbal agreements should be kept Update: my response to their blatant lie below that I called to sell stolen phones? Wow! Not only is this business a shady operation but apparently the owner is a real good liar, Story teller. I did not call to seek any stolen phones... I was looking to trade in my own phone (which I own outright). No such discussion took place regarding stolen phones. Owner didn’t like me asking him to do a better credit on trade in, so 30 mins later he changes his mind and tells me he would no longer trade. This invidual is a liar and will eventually get caught in his own lies. Terrible business owner.., I don’t see this place lasting very long. STAY AWAY these guys will burn you! I was sent to this store to buy an iPhone. When I got there, we were shocked at all of the cool merchandise this store sold. Not only do they sell all types of iPhones and accessories, they sold some nice new kicks (mostly Jordan, Nike and anything trending), they had hoodies with sweat pants to match, there were funkos and even Pokémon cards. I went with the intent of purchasing a new iPhone. They ENCOURAGED ME to save my money and just fix the screen on my XR. THEY NOT ONLY SAVED ME OVER $200 …. They fixed my screen in about 15 minutes, sold me 2 screen protectors and a case and I barely spent a hundred dollars. This store is a little Diamond in the rough and I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH how great they were. So happy they’re in our community and I HIGHLY SUGGEST that anyone in need of a new phone, fixed phone or just some fresh threads, goes there. Never had issues with the owner of this store however the other employee there is very shady. I do not recommend whatsoever trying to sell any phones through him which means I would not recommend whatsoever trying to sell any phones to the store in general. An employee represents the store and what they are about. And the situation with this employee is the absolute reason I'm leaving this review. Don't trust it whatsoever. No I am not a hater, I am an honest family man with absolutely no ill ill will towards the store before this, and absolutely nothing to gain by leaving such a review. However, I just want to warn other good people if they are contemplating selling them anything proceed with the utmost caution unless you are actually walking in the store.
