Had a bad experience recently went in to pawn some of my stuff, Juan was helping me had given me the price of the money he was going to give me then Mireya comes says she is going to take over and starts telling Juan out loud in front of a line full of customers that he is doing everything wrong then changes all the prices Juan had given me by like half. I am aware she did it in purpose because I pawned the stuff at another location for the exact same prices Juan had given me. If this Mireya girl is the manager how sad because she likes to put her employees on blast in front of others. DON'T PAWN SOMETHING YOU KNOW IS VALUABLE HERE!!!. I was trying to pawn my playstation 5 with the retail box in excellent condition but was only offered $130. Both the representative and I had took the playstation 5 out of the box for her to see the condition and had put the box aside while verifying. Then I saw the manager sneak behind the box and intentionally cut it with a knife from top to bottom. They had the audacity to act like I hadn't seen that. Was very dissatisfied with them . Gold prices are double off what they should be worth i received a broken gold item but they claimed that they couldn't do anything to fix it and tried to give me 1/4th off what it cost.
