Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Peñitas

DO NOT GET PIZZA FROM THIS PLACE! Staff has very poor customer service skills. I placed an online order last night; the app said it was going to be ready within 30 minutes; I get there and only one pizza was done (the hot and ready), I had to wait 10 more minutes and they handed me regular crazy bread when I paid for stuffed. I get home and the hot and ready is disgustingly dry, the cheese pizza is more crust than anything else and the I hadn’t realized it was regular crazy bread until I got home. I go back and the cashier said they couldn’t refund my money because it was an online order; My order was the fourth refund that same hour! I called the next business day to customer service... turns out the cashier lied to me! She could have refunded me if a manager was there... I called the store to get a refund and the girl who answered said there wasn’t a manager available and that she had no idea what time her manager would...

Please educate your staff on orders that come through the app. This & the last 2 times, they never see the order. The staff member stated my order did not go through & when I asked to speak to the manager the girl said "The manager just got here." My response was "Well, if your manager is there, then she's working, so let me speak to here, please." The manager had to check the system to locate my order & after 3 minutes, she finally found it. Education is required at this location as well as telephone etiquette. Oh, and always check your order before you leave. There is always something missing. Twice before, they forgot to include the marinara sauce. I pay for the Crazy bread combo, not just crazy bread, so I should get...

Came to this location last night after a double shift at work. I was thinking, my husband and I could get some pizza because they are supposed to be open until 11:45 pm on a Friday night and we were starving. We pull up to the window at 11:12 and the lady inside looked at us, continued to talk and then eventually and reluctantly came to the window to tell us that they were actually closed. I immediately was confused and said, but you guys close at 11:45 and she smiled and answered "Yeah but we already put everything away." Like that's a justification and all.
