I made an appointment with Maggie from Maggie's Salon in Pea Ridge. I thought she was the owner and after talking with her regarding her past color experience I really felt I had no reason to not go ahead with my appointment. Boy, was I wrong! She turned my shiny, healthy looking hair into a dried broken mess. I began to worry when we returned from the bowl after rinsing and she turned the chair away from the mirror. After I saw what she had done I was immediately concerned. She only said I might need to lay off the color for awhile and asked if I wanted to make an appointment for a deep conditioning. treatment. When I sent her a message the next day about how much damage she had done and how unhappy I was she blamed me and lied about the shape of my hair when I arrived. I personally will NEVER be stepping foot in Maggie's Salon in Pea Ridge and hope that by putting this review out there, I might help someone else avoid the disaster I now have.......Not to mention all the extra money for all the deep conditions and new products I am needing to purchase because of her miserable job of...
