Pretty good. Rooting for them, but we ordered 4 drinks 2 mediums and 2 larges. It was almost 29 dollars and was given 3 mediums and one large. When told he said sorry you were rung up a medium. Which I know we weren’t because he even repeated it back to us when we ordered. I think he was rushing because there was a line and it had already took them forever to make the drinks. This is our second time here and the first time it was pretty good, just a little sweet, but that’s completely a preference thing and the barista was super sweet. But we came through today and the drinks and service were horrible. They gave us the wrong drink and I told her it was supposed to be hot and she seemed very annoyed but had the correct drink right in front of her so she gave us the correct one after checking with a coworker. On October 28th, I visited a coffee shop in Pea Ridge around 2:00 PM, and I was incredibly impressed with the service. The worker there showed the utmost respect and diligence. She was very attentive, communicated with me about my drink, and was genuinely sweet throughout the experience. She helped me choose the perfect drink and made sure it met my standards. She was quick, efficient, and took the time to answer my questions. It’s rare to find a coffee shop where you can have such a meaningful conversation.
