I wish I didn't have to leave this review, because I do appreciate the effort Isabelle put in and don't believe my results reflect her normal level of work. That being said, I am so disappointed and frustrated with this visit and no solution could be worked out.
Isabelle took two shots at my pink hair, first dying it red, then dying it very unevenly. I think letting me leave the salon with my hair in such terrible condition (without saying I would need a follow up to fix it) was very unprofessional and I did not feel comfortable going back to have it fixed (which they wanted a small fee to do) especially given the results on the first two tries.
My primary reason for booking a salon visit was to even out my bleach base, which varies from a level 8 to 10, and she did nothing to address this problem (neither with service nor a direct explanation of why it could not be corrected)
I appreciate that my stylist tried to fix the first color, but wish she had taken more time to communicate clearly and frankly about the condition of my hair, the levels of my blonde in my base, and what kinds of things we could and couldn't do. I also wish the stylist had said we couldn't do new color same day instead of doing such a messy job. I'm sure we could have worked out something if more care was taken, but as it stands I am out nearly $400 + tip, have more damage to my hair than was needed, and ended up having to spend even more on supplies to dye my...

Jen was incredibly nice and comfortable to work with. I have often felt the conversation was awkward or stilted when getting my hair cut, but Jen is so warm and we had a lovely conversation while she cut my hair.
