My girlfriend went to ask about a trial because we just moved to the area and wasn’t sure about the gym here. We got charged for a membership. When management was confronted, they said they thought we asked for a membership. We kept it for 2 months and when we went to cancel it, we asked if there would be anymore charges. They said no, yet I got charged again. Went back to talk to them and they said it took 25 days to cancel the membership. The management and sales team and sketchy and trick you for their benefit.
