Thursday the 27th my boyfriend and I had dinner here. We paid the bill with a debit card which the girl ran twice, for the total before and after the tip. After we left we received and alert via text stating this so we called was told to come up there in the morning. We drive a truck and told her we are leaving first thing in the morning as we are not from this area and have a load to deliver. She told us they would credit our account back for the right amount which they did but what they didn't care about was the $72 NSF charges our bank charged us for this restaurants carelessness.. This is totally unprofessional not including the rude attitude not one apology and was treated like we were an inconveniece by bringing to their attention the mistake made my the disgusting establishment! So all in all we paid over a $100 for an extremely greasy burnt pizza in a nasty restaurant that reaked of hot unrine and 30 year old smoke stained carpeting. Not to mention the out of date chicken wings we were served made me vomit all through out the night..I highly suggest avioding this place at all cost and I hope the call I made to the health department...

If you place and order from this place expect only some of your order arrive, the food to be barely at room temp, the driver smell like weed and hole bunch of smoke to roll out when they roll down the window to give you your order, supposed cheese chicken Alfredo to be just boiled pasta with melted cheese and chicken on top of it, pizza not sliced. And to top it off if you decide to complain and contact a manager. After you get done speaking I'm guessing with agm only for her to run an excuse that she wasn't working that day and she'll tell that she'll have you speak with gm , after which she'll put you on hold. And you'll be listening to elevator music being on hold literary for over 1.5 hrs. Oh and I'd spent $55 Guessing for you to hang up. I'll stay on hold to see exactly how long it'll take gm to respond I'll keep...
Read moreHave had bad experience after bad experience for the last couple months. What happened to that happy manager we use to have? Older man, spoke to everyone in a respectful happy way. I never got served a bad pizza, not once! Lately we get pizzas with No butter sauce on crust, today I got a pizza with all ingredients in the middle and no butter sauce on crust! Last week I had call center make a note to add butter sauce on crust, didn't get it! I called the next day to speak to district manager, she answered and then hung up. I talk to manager tonight and explained everything, just had a blank stare and said the call center don't know what they doing. What?? They're not making the pizzas! SO disappointed!
