AutoZone Auto Parts — Local services in Pearson

Im giving s 5 star rating just because they always have what i need. But there is only one employee in the entire store that knows what they are doing, and that is the commercial manager Shane. He knows what he is doing, he helps customers when they need help, and he doesn’t make the customer feel bad by giving them dirty looks and walking away.

The store manager acts like she would rather be anywhere else but doing her job. On multiple occasions of me being in the store i have observed her talking on her phone while customers are needing help laughing and carrying on with whoever is on the phone. Not to mention i have over heard her reprimanding other employees for stuff she does. She has given me dirty looks on multiple occasions and just walked away while a new hire was helping me and the poor guy was struggling with finding the part i needed. And then when we were figuring it out together, and he turned the screen towards me, she pushed him out of the way and turned the screen back while i was making sure it was the right part.

The new district manager doesn't seem like he is the right fit either. Reprimanding workers who have been there for years for stuff that was never an issue before.

Overall my time in the store has been great. I definitely think there should be a change in store/district management tho, before the store starts losing customers. I will definitely be doing my dealings...

Nary a soul in there wants to work except for one guy. I just drive to Douglas oreily’s instead, they have more stuff and everyone is way nicer, no ego. If you knew more than me you wouldn’t be behind an auto parts...

AutoZone Pearson not my air filter in stock good location good help hope thay keep them. Forget Amazon get real parts get what you pay which wasn't to high here. Made may useless drive to Valdosta...
