Kyle, the sales manager, was an excellent resource in helping us select our product. He organized a personal pickup at their Peculiar warehouse for the following day and it was very easy for us all-around. The price was competitive for anything else we have found on the market and definitely beats Wayfair or other online retailers because we could actually experience it first-hand on the showroom floor.

It was good. Enjoyed shopping there. No pressure and staff were awesome. OFFERED assistance and I told him what I was shopping for. Pointed me on the direction and waited for me to ask questions and offered other suggestions. Really enjoyed my day shopping with my grandson and granddaughter. Pick up the guy was really exceptional. Loaded my furniture very quickly and I really appreciated his speed and talent at loading. Would of gave them a 4 or 5 but sitting in the dock to be unloaded take over 2 hrs with 5 guys unloading. That wasn't what dropped the rating it was the rude gentleman I spoke with inside. I understand you have to check things in that's a no brainer but when you speak with someone don't treat them like they aren't worth your time.
