I'm a newb to the higher-end RCs. Went in to have someone with more experience give me some help on what parts I needed to repair my newly busted (but minor) repairs. He was more than willing to look my cars over and give me the necessary parts. Then, as he's writing up the ticket, he informs me he'll have to charge me $15 for his "professional" diagnostic. Surprising to me, I paid it. CRC in EP did the same for me, but did not charge (unless they hold it overnight and repair).
