Dollar General — Local services in Pelham

My original review is captured in parentheses below. I am revising my review because the last time I was at this location I noticed that the staff seemed to be re-energized and focused on reversing some of their store's shortcomings. I noticed that there was little stock that was still in need of being placed on the appropriate shelves. Their stock seemed to be rotated for freshness and quality. It didn't appear that much of their shelved stock had been purchased leaving "holes." And the store appeared to be showing off its cleanliness.

I haven't returned to this location for several months since; however, some friends of mine who frequent this location, will periodically mention the overall and ongoing improvements mentioned above.

Zero stars for shopping, all possible stars if you're looking for a good place to shop-lift, though. It was five minutes before there was a single employee visible, and then she refused to stop opening boxes because "the cashier will be there in a minute". This location and the one in Helena is my favorite store to visit and get all my household products! It’s easily to locate the product and the store is always clean when I come in! The prices are cheaper than Wal-Mart and the customer service is great! The workers always remind me of the $5.00 dollar off coupon or app!
