āļøāļøāļøāļøāļø Rocket World - Playground - Pembroke Pines is hands-down THE BEST place to celebrate a childās birthday! We just celebrated my sonās 8th birthday there, and Iām still in awe at how PERFECT everything was. The decorations were absolutely amazing, the food was incredible, and the entire experience was stress-free from beginning to end.
Our host, Marianna, was beyond professionalāso pleasant, attentive, and made sure everything ran smoothly. Davies was awesome in the Virtual Reality zoneāhe kept all the kids safe and made sure they had an absolute blast! There was also another gentleman (I believe the owner) who was sooo helpful and accommodating from the moment we arrived until the very end.
One thing that really stood out to meāI didnāt want the smaller kidsā chairs because most of the kids were a little on the heftier side, and before I could even blink good, they had already made the adjustment with zero complaints. That kind of service is rare and truly appreciated!
The space itself was super clean and thoughtfully laid outāthe open floor design allowed me to see my kids while they played, which gave me so much peace of mind. The best part? They do everything for you! I brought in my own cake and goody bags, and they immediately set everything up for me. I didnāt have to lift a finger!
And let me tell youāLASER TAG was TOP TIER! The kids (and adults!) couldnāt get enough.
If youāre looking for a place where you can just show up and enjoy the party, Rocket World is it. They deserve to be at the very top of the Google list for arcades and playgrounds in South Florida. Trust meāthis is the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI hosted my child's birthday party on 2/11 at Rocket Kids I did not have a good experience and will not recommend it to anyone. The party room, as well as the place overall, is quite small so the adults have to sit scattered throughout various seating areas and not in the party room. There are maybe 6 or 7 adult seats in the party room. Our server was not attentive so I had to clean up the tables myself throughout the party and when I complained to the front desk I was told to "just go tell her"....I couldn't find her half the time and her attitude was terrible. Very sloppy service environment, expensive and in my opinion definitely not worth the money, especially compared to other places where I've hosted parties (ex: Gameroom) that have way more activities available for kids. The multi level play jungle has a few slides, but it seemed rather dangerous once a lot of kids showed up in the afternoon as they kept bumping into each other and the space was at times too tight so there was a bottleneck of shoving kids. Also check out all of the negative reviews for Rocket Kids on Yelp that are buried in the "Not Currently Recommended" pile at the bottom of all the "wonderful reviews". I noticed that my review of Rocket Kids didn't show up and then realized that my review along with those of others with negative experiences were completely buried under the "Not Currently Recommended" area all the way at the bottom (greyed out) of the list after all the "cheery" reviews. If I noticed those reviews previously I would not have booked here because some of the parent's experiences were...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe recently had our young son's birthday party at Rocket Kids and we could not have asked for better service! The staff was extremely kind and decorated the room for us.
They allowed us to bring our own party supplies a few days prior and they set up everything even including items my wife made such as place mats for the kids, masks and centerpieces. All we had to do was bring our cake and cupcakes. Extremely helpful and they did an amazing job!
The place is spacious, very cool in terms of its decor, never too overly crowded and we love that it is one of the most peaceful play places we have found since there are no flashing token games or loud music to make our little one extra hectic. The indoor playground is big with slides and padded so the kids are safe.
Plus there are two bounce houses to keep the bigger kids away from the smaller ones. The lazer tag is very cool and also separate so that if you do a party and can't use the lazer tag (our kiddo was too small and as were his little guests) it's not obvious so the kids don't even notice it's missing.
We did have some older guests who wanted to play so they just walked over and played while the little ones played in the indoor maze. So much fun for everyone! Food was great, too! Owner and staff all treated us with the utmost kindness.
Truly will say this was our son's best party because he had the most fun thanks to the kindness received by Rocket Kids. A++...
