Dirty, high prices, outdated, no clean carts, onions were smashed and chicken tenders were raw inside. While in the checkout a long blonde haired woman was yelling loudly and berating an older woman for parking in the curbside pick up spot. It went on and on with other office staff jumping in as well. The older woman tried to explain that when she pulled in she thought it was a handicap spot.In her defense, it was next to the handicapped parking section and probably a legitimate mistake. She was in the process of checking out. The blonde got in her face to make a point of loudly belittling her in front of other customers. I felt embarrassed for her. I noticed that when I went to my car that there was no one waiting to pick up groceries so what was the fuss all about? Sad. While the other issues have become common place in in the store, I don't feel there is ever a need to lynch a customer. It's a reckless, unfriendly place. At a time when customers are trying to patronize a hometown business, I find this behavior completely out of line. I will never shop...
Read moreWe spend about $800 a month here, between food and household stuff. There's been issues the last month or two. I've tried speaking to managers .But the morning blonde with the long hair doesn't give a s*it about anything. So maybe a review will reach them. I personally try to only go to 3-4 cashier's here .(young dark girl, young white girl short hair, n older white lady with whiter hair and manager guy with longer dark hair) Everyone else hates their job and has attitudes . Tonight I told the young guy, (who was looking miserable) that he doesn't have much longer to closing, cheer up .In return I got "I'm really sick of you customers and your jokes" Then I was looking over my total (because something is always wrong) And I said wish I'm surprised it looks good thanks. He pretty much threw it at me and said "yeah I don't see anything wrong"
We will just start making the drive to a further store. We come here because it's close to home . But honestly, everything is over...
Read moreIt's my go to place for Meats. I also like the sales they run there. The bakery is good as far as quality goes and the produce section is improving. Because it's a smaller store they don't have the selection that larger stores have and some of the prices of non sale items seem to be higher than other stores. I guess my biggest issue is they are indirectly associated with Giant Eagle as observed with their pharmacy and routinely seeing Giant Eagle products on their shelf why can I not use my Giant Eagle advantage card here? Again my biggest issue with Community Market is that everytime I shop here I am losing out on advantage points I could have earned at Giant Eagle. Those points do add up and do make a significant difference at the gas pump or hon my next visit to...
