Bought a new dishwasher from these guys a little less than a year ago. Owner was friendly and helped us find a machine that fit our budget/needs. The customer service from that point on was pretty bad.

Installation people showed up and wanted to charge us an extra 100 dollars to remove the old dishwasher because of the lip created by our tile floor. We told them we would remove it ourselves. 20 minutes later, we had the old dishwasher out and we called the installation people back. They installed our dishwasher, but seemed grumpy and in a hurry. When they left, we noticed that the dishwasher was installed crooked so that the door rubbed against our cabinets. We called the owner and he said he would send the installation people back.

When the installation people arrived they were visibly frustrated. They started hacking at the misplaced anchors on the side of the dishwasher until they broke. Leaving us with only the top anchors.

Fast forward 8 months and the top anchors to our dishwasher separated from the counter, causing the entire appliance to tip forward when we loaded/unloaded it. We called up the owner and told him about the improper installation/damage to the side anchors and the resulting problem. Instead of apologizing or offering to help, he blamed us for not reporting the issue earlier. He offered to have “his guy” drop by next time he was in the area. I could tell before I hung up the phone that he was not planning on sending anyone.

We did our best to do the repair ourselves. We will not be going back. Might be a decent place to get an appliance but I suggest doing the installation yourself. And good luck with any...

Purchased a GE dishwasher..first one that came in was damaged, needed to reorder. A week later came in, was delivered and installed. Installer did not identify himself, came in an unmarked truck and was short with responses. Shortly after I began having issues with the top rack.. 6 repair visits later it might be fixed. The dishwasher was less than 5 months old. After running the dishwasher I find small metal balls in the bottom of the dishwasher.. was told “probably” from tools used to repair my brand new dishwasher. I am hoping these will not affect my plumbing. I am sad to say .. I would never buy GE again and really wanted to support a local business but not sure would do again as there was little he could do to help me. I lost hours away from work and apparently this is ok. I went here because a friend suggested it. It was the worst mistake ever. They delivered the dishwasher another person came to install the installer broke the shelf under my sink broke my quarter round chipped a huge piece off of my cabinet and nothing was fixed or replaced. They never gave me a manual so I called 6 times for one Tom said he ordered one but NEVER gave it to me. The after about 3 uses the dishwasher started beeping and got a code now I can’t even see what the code is because I have no manual. I go see Tom he tells me to shut it off in my breaker box for a half hour it should reset. It did work but now it does it every time the dishwasher runs. I call fridgedarie they tell me after getting the serial number that this is a used machine. So Tom sold me a used machine as new for a lot of money.
