The food has been good but the man that answers the phone seems to have a problem with women. Multiple times this man has tried to reprimand me for placing an online order stating I should have called first or got an attitude if I ask when an item would be ready. This last time, I called the store to let them know I hadn’t yet received a refund from an order a few weeks earlier, that they were not able to fulfill. He explained that he wasn’t able to complete the refund and he’d let the owner know. I asked for when I could expect the issue to be resolved and he got upset and told me that it’s the owners job to issue the refund and to just call back later to see if the refund was processed. I asked if he could actually take down my name and number and have the owner call me. He then told me not to have an attitude with him. I told him I wasn’t having an attitude, just asking for a call back. He kept talking over me and cutting me off throughout the conversation so hung up and I’m letting my bank resolve it. To make things worse, he kept going back and forth with me about it, instead of focusing on offering good customer service. No customer should ever be treated that way.
