Magic Carpet Cleaning — Local services in Penn Hills

This was our third time using Magic Carpet Cleaning. The first 2 times, the carpets were cleaned and it was an easy process. This third time will unfortunately be our last. James showed up 45 minutes late to the time he told me he would arrive. Then when it came to paying, my husband showed James the card that he gave us last time, that said we could get $25 off. He wouldn’t honor it. He is the one that wrote it and decided he wouldn’t honor it for us. Instead he tried to negotiate and say he would credit us next time. This $25 was a credit for next time and he didn’t honor it, so unfortunately we cannot trust that he would even honor another future credit. We are 3 times returning customers, this is upsetting. Jim came to clean my area rug, living room rug, and carpeted steps. The results were fabulous and I could not be any happier. I had forgotten how beautiful my area rug used to be. It is pristine and looks brand new. My steps look amazing too. They are in a heavy traffic area and were very worn and dirty looking. The cleaning made the pattern become noticeable again and the edges of the steps are no longer dirty. They were on time and worked very hard to complete the job in a timely manner. Jim and Jonathan were out this morning to clean our 2-story home's wall to wall carpeting. Within 4 hours, they revived what we thought to be dead carpet in need of replacing. The color is back, the dirt is gone and the carpet is treated to avoid further damage.

They used natural ingredients to clean, which avoids toxins or chemicals in our carpeting. The end result was a very clean home.
