My blood is boiling. Stay away from this place. So I buy a boat get the financing done give them my deposit, do the sea trial (which was rushed btw) trailer is missing a light which they said would be fixed and wasnt. Kevin tells me we dont have a title or paperwork yet but if you want to take it out you can use our dealer tags. two weeka later i go to take my boat out with my family, i see Jeremy who i was also working with prior, he was the one that took me out on the seatrial. he knows i need dealer tags then he leaves for an hour. apparently he was the only one that knew where they were. the girl in the front couldnt help me so i had to sit there and wait for jeremy to return. When he returns l tell him ive been waiting an hour. his response is " sorry a little something called work got in the way".like im not a paying customer spending over 10k at this place. Then he tells me that i cant take the boat out because they dont have the title in hand. How can you then sell me a boat that technically does not belong to you. take my money and then say i cant use it until you get the title. This is the worst customer service ive ever dealt with. stay away from this place quick to take your money then treat...

Do not rent from them. I cannot speak to their other services but the rental experience was atrocious. They make you prepay for both the rental and the security deposit regardless of how far out your reservation is. They have a no refund policy even in the middle of COVID and state mandates. They will only offer a rain check if they cancel due to weather even if you are coming from out of town and staying in a hotel. Here's where it gets bad. They won't tell you they decided to cancel your reservation until you are waiting for them at the launch (which is a public launch and not where their facility is) then they will fight you for 5 days about refunding you when you came in to town, rented a hotel and cannot reschedule. The other thing, there is no way to predict they will cancel on you. The weather forecast had not changed for 4 days and was calling for a 51% chance of rain during the 2pm hour (which actually never happened). Horrendous treatment of customers and the worst policy I've ever experienced. For the life of me I can't understand how they are in business. This is a business that shouldn’t even exist on this earth! Garret and his team will steal your money! We paid them over $4000 on the boat repairs and it wasn’t fixed,matter a fact made it Even we worse! It has been in their yard all summer long,horrible communication. So apparently they replaced my winch and didn’t even ask me if it’s OK too proceed witch was $650,Replacing a engine belt will cost you a thousand$ They will not fix their mistake either like most businesses do.
